Louis DiFranco

Louis DiFranco is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Insurance Solutions at Beach Point Capital Management. Mr. DiFranco has been in the asset management industry since 2010. Prior to Beach Point, he served as Head of Insurance, Americas at PGIM, where he led investment solutions and business development for the insurance client segment and chaired the firm's Insurance Business Development Council. Prior to PGIM, Mr. DiFranco led insurance asset management businesses at AllianceBernstein and Western Asset Management. At BNY Mellon, he was the EVP and Group Operating Committee member responsible for the formulation and execution of the company’s strategy with the insurance and investment management client segments globally. Earlier in his career, he was formally credit-trained at JPM, leading to his role as the senior risk officer and lead credit analyst covering the insurance industry. Mr. DiFranco received a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Princeton University and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
